Freedom:

Online Regenerative Creativity Session 5

Description

Do you feel unappreciated for all your hard work? Do projects seem to run from one to the next with little to no acknowledgement?  Do you long for more ceremonies and celebrations in your life?

When a project is complete it is time to stand on the summit of your creation and look out over all you have accomplished!  Unfortunately, taking a moment to breathe it all in and celebrate our achievements is undervalued and even shamed as being boastful.

Join me in celebrating your achievements, free of bashfulness, so you can give yourself and your beautiful creations the glory they deserve!

Are you ready to embrace the freedom that comes from intentionally celebrating your achievements, gifting yourself the acknowledgment you are desiring?  Join us as we paint through the freedom phase of the Regenerative Creativity Cycle?

Regenerative Creativity is both an art class and a way of working. Learn how to access your creative side and paint answers to your questions. You will be guided with lots of easy techniques and prompts to calm your critic and get you into the joy of painting right away! Each painting is as unique as the person that painted it!

Enter the painting series at any point during the cycle. Take one class... or many! Decide as you go and explore at your pace

Wednesday, March 19th, 6pm - 9pm MST

Via Zoom (recording available 24 hours after)

$50

Online Class Format

  • Once you register for the class you will immediately be sent a Zoom link you will use to join on the class day.  You will also receive a material list so you can get ready, and some tips for setting up your work space and links on how to use Zoom.

  • On the day of class you will click on the Zoom link sent via email to join.  You will see on your screen the Vegreville studio, our Zoom moderator and all the other Zoom guests.  You can choose to turn on your camera, or keep it off  if you feel shy.

  • The Vegreville studio will have two cameras, one on me and the canvas, the other on the students painting in class.  I will have a microphone and headset on so I can hear questions from the moderator and you can hear me clearly.

  • The Zoom broadcast will be recorded which means you will be able to rewatch the class.  If you were not able to make the class live, you can watch it whenever you like.  Recordings will be available within 24 hours of the live event.

Class Cost

You might be wondering why the online class costs the same as the in person class, considering you need to supply your own materials at home and they are included in studio.  That’s a great question and I love sharing behind the scenes information.  It actually costs a lot more to deliver an online experience and here is why:

  • I pay a fair wage to my moderator.  She is highly trained to support you and invaluable to the experience.

  • Zoom isn’t free.  Any broadcast over 40 minutes requires a subscription.

  • Equipment is required.  In person classes just need me and my voice, but online requires proper sound and visual equipment.  I also spend time setting up the Zoom events and get the recordings ready to share after.

  • Only about $5 of the in person class cost is materials.
