Practice listening to your intuition and not the voice of guilt, keeping you from saying yes to your natural appetite. Put practical pursuits aside and soften into the pleasure of paint drips and prayer stars.
Artists fuel their Being with beauty; the smell, touch, taste, sights and sounds of their environment. When you begin to surround yourself with your own unique food source for beauty, you will have the fuel to regeneratively create all you want in life.

You will be guided every step of your journey with satisfying painting techniques and prompts to calm your critic and get you into the joy of creating right away!
